Texas Notary Education
Beginning January 1, 2026, the State of Texas will require all new and renewing notaries to complete mandatory education.
Due to this change, we will no longer offer our online course. If you have purchased the course, you may continue to access it for educational purposes only to support your understanding of Texas notary laws. However, our course will not fulfill the new state requirement. To satisfy the education requirement, you must take the course directly from the Secretary of State once it becomes available.
We will share additional updates as soon as the Secretary of State’s Office releases more information.
