SIMPLE STEPS TO RENEW YOUR TEXAS NOTARY COMMISSION

1. Complete the required Notary Public Commission Form.

2. Choose your notary stamp, select any additional products you desire and complete checkout process. Payment by check not available online.

3. We will review the details of your order and electronically transmit your notary application and bond details to the Texas Secretary of State for processing.

4. Electronically sign/accept the Statement of Officer on the Secretary of State’s Notary Portal. (You will receive an email from the Secretary of State’s Office for this step.)
