You will need to complete the Bond Application Form, and purchase the required notary bond, notary seal and notary record book. Once you have downloaded your notary bond, you will need to complete the training and application with the Secretary of State's Office. The State of Texas does require you to complete the same eligibility fields in full even though you are a renewal.
